Vilnius University (VU) Culture Centre, together with the head of VU Impro studio Vytautas Kontrimas, invites improvisation amateurs, actors, teachers and other professionals to Improv theatre workshops with actress and director Angela (Alegna) from the Great Britain. The workshop will take place in the VU Aula parva cafe, Universiteteto st. 3, on March 12th, at 4-8:30 p.m. Embark on a Journey of Creativity with Our Dynamic Improv Workshops! 

The workshop will be held in English. Participants will receive a certificate that they participated in practical 6 ac. h. of improv theatre training.

Angela El-Zeind is a Brighton-based Improviser, performing arts lecturer, theatre maker, and artistic director of Speak Up! Act Out! Cic. Course Leader for Production Arts at Northbrook College. Lecturer at Portsmouth University. She has been in Improvising troupes The Hee-Has, and Tiny Dynamite. Angela teaches Improvisation regularly and includes it as a fundamental part of her directing acting work. Her practice involves working in education, as well as with community groups, youth theatre groups, theatre makers, and companies in both the public and private sector. With each of these collaborations Angela ensures that all participants feel comfortable to explore and express their thoughts and ideas creatively and safely, and that their stories are told as authentically as possible.
